Finally I made a decision to spend money on this app. Because its quite expensive. PRO: 1) more comprehensive,there are 120,000entries, than Dorlands Medical Dictionary which there are only 40,000 entries. 2) there are 15 appendixes( for example: appendix4 there is a list of words for phobia 3) there are index to tables, index to plates -for example show pictures of various bone fractures.4) can adjust font size and pinch and zoom. CON: there is link search, but only the words that are underlined in the text. The small version you can tap any word in the definition to find the definition, if there is no definition you can go back to where you are. That is why I give the app only 4 stars , I will give 5 stars if I have that feature back ,because it more fun to search.
IN CONCLUSION: I love this app, the most comprehensive so far we have on IPhone. Quick search at work. Only complain I have I just want the missing feature that I can tap any words in the definition to find the definition.
